Dr. Kevin Urichko serves as Pastor at Large with Shepherd Ministries. Often described as a man with the heart of a shepherd, he has been a Minister in the Central Florida community for over 30 years, primarily at Northland Church in Longwood. His desire is to meet people where they are, sharing the compassion and hope he has received from Jesus in his own times of need. God has used him to touch countless lives with the truth, goodness, and beauty of the Gospel.

Rebecca Lang drives the proactive side of Shepherd Ministries - leading our efforts beyond the office. As the Director of Community Development, she combines decades of experience in business and ministry settings with a big heart for people. Her investment in the community - individuals, organizational partners and local churches - raises awareness of our ministry while building vital relationships. Rebecca discerns our next steps and oversees the implementation of every program. She works with Pastor Kevin and volunteer team members to develop a living witness to the transforming power of Jesus’ love in our community.

Roger and Carol Shepherd are the founders of Shepherd Ministries and its parent organization, the Florida Counseling Foundation. Over the past 30+ years, the Shepherds have had a powerful impact on the lives of individuals and couples through counseling, marriage intensives, and groups. Their ministry in this community has had a very direct affect on the Urichko family, as Pastor Kevin and his wife, Linda, count Roger and Carol among their treasured mentors and friends.
Kevin and Linda experienced the Shepherds' hearts, skills, and healing ministry first-hand through a small group at Northland Church. Years have passed, but Kevin and Linda are still very grateful for the influence of Roger and Carol on their marriage, family life, and ministry as a whole.
